Just a quick reminder that acupuncture doesn't have to hurt to work. This is a case where "no pain, no gain" simply doesn't apply. I know it goes against everything we've been taught but here, feeling better can be easy. Let me know if any of the needles are too much so I can adjust them or use a different point. Then you can drift off into an acupuncture nap and wake up feeling relieved and refreshed.

Sometimes it surprises even me how these tiny needles can make such a huge impact. How tiny? These sterile, solid acupuncture needles are the thickness of a cat's whisker. They can actually bend! But placed in the right spots with enough time to do their work and forget about it. They're changing lives!
