We are asking agencies to remove college degree requirements in order for companies and their hiring managers to successfully implement skills-based hiring.

We applaud all Government Leaders who take this important step forward — the case for skills-based hiring is clear and compelling, leading to shorter time-to-hire, increased retention, and access to a more diverse pool of talent.
