If we are to believe that heat of 135 degrees Fahrenheit kills COVID-19 then those who have or have access to a BioMat, use it daily after exposure or as a precaution. Set it at the maximum setting, 158 degrees and spend an hour. It certainly will not hurt and it may help.

I have been teaching pilates since 1999, and doing so in the studio I founded in 2002.

Consistently, people tell me they "can't do pilates, it is too hard, they are too damaged". I am also told, "I hurt myself in pilates". Thank you media, poorly trained teachers, and inattentive teachers.

I would like to give a presentation to your group identifying the benefits of therapeutic pilates. And to explain that it doesn't require a lot of aerobic, and physical exertion.

And if the individual is able to walk around, I am able to help them. I am a specialist in injury recovery, and injury prevention. I have severe scoliosis, 43 and 46° curves. I have used pilates to take me out of extreme and constant pain to peak functioning. And I am 66 years old.

I also have Richway amethyst crystal FDA approved medical grade BioMats that I use for added comfort, and pain relief. These do facilitate comfortable work.

If people want and are able, they may work harder!
