It’s so natural to attach feelings, judgments, opinions, thoughts to situations / just living daily life. I often think about that as I am makings those judgments in my mind and holding my tongue!
So is that half of the battle to recognize that we do that?
It always seems like it’s going to happen but noticing that and thinking before I say anything does help me be somewhat detached from emotions letting me feel lighter! Detaching is not rude to others as I use to think. You can still listen and be compassionate…..m
