May is Mental Health Awareness Month, and at Revitalize Mental Health Center, we believe your well-being should never be ignored. 💙✨

It is easy to push through the day and dismiss how we truly feel, but our bodies and minds often send us signals when they need support. Recognizing these signs is the first step toward revitalization.

Signs You Shouldn’t Ignore:

Difficulty concentrating or feeling “foggy”.

Trouble sleeping, whether it’s falling asleep or staying asleep.

Constant fatigue, even after a full night’s rest.
