Yesterday marked the 1st year anniversary of the horrible tragedy at Brooklyn Homes. This year, our team returned as the lead in the healing village and continues to be a part of the healing and stabilization effort.
We are proud of the work we do at Transformation Health, but we are even more proud when community partners come together for 1 mission! That mission was accomplished yesterday. May our community continue to support, each other and continue the healing journey.

Helllloooo, everyone, it is with very unfortunate news that we have to postpone our event TOMORROW!! We are truly disappointed, but we know that nothing happens by chance. We are saddened but not defeated.

BUT! We are super excited that the planning committee as acted swiftly, and we have a NEW DATE! Please mark your calendars for the new “Healing Summer Jam!” on July 20th, from 10-3pm. It will remain at the Transformation Nation building and we are expected it to be BIGGER and BETTER!!!!

We truly appreciate and thank all of you for your continued support and dedication to Us and the communities we serve!
