🧠 This week we discussed… cognitive behavioral skills for relapse prevention! 🌱

By reframing our thinking, practicing positive self-talk, and examining the relationship between our thoughts, emotions, and behaviors, we can break free from destructive cycles and build a stronger foundation for long-term change.

Every small shift in mindset adds up—healing starts with how we think. 💪✨
