Expanding primary care for people living with HIV and the LGBTQ+ community in rural northcentral Pennsylvania, working toward equitable access to care and a welcoming environment for all.
🌟 Community Volunteers in Medicine - CVIM | West Chester, PA
Bringing free, high-quality healthcare to uninsured and low-income families and expanding access by increasing clinic hours, locations and transportation services.
🌟 Health Care for the Homeless | Baltimore, MD
Working to improve health outcomes for people experiencing homelessness by providing excellent, coordinated care focused on prevention and management of chronic conditions.
🌟 LCH Health and Community Services | Kennett Square, PA
Integrating physical and mental healthcare with supportive services to address multiple social drivers of health for vulnerable community members.
🌟 Mary's Center DC | Washington, D.C.
Providing breast cancer screenings and care coordination for uninsured participants, helping ensure that no one faces cancer alone.
🌟 SOME (So Others Might Eat) | Washington, D.C.
Taking a whole-person approach to healthcare to break down barriers for those experiencing homelessness and poverty in the DC area.
