Today, I had the opportunity to be at Edmondson High School, connecting with young women who are already thinking about their future, their goals, and who they want to become.

Moments like this remind me that leadership isn’t just about what you say—it’s about where you show up and who you’re willing to pour into.

Our young people are paying attention. They’re asking questions. They’re watching.

And they deserve to see leadership that is present, accessible, and real.

Grateful for the opportunity to be in the room. 💜

Today at Edmondson High School, I had the opportunity to speak on the Boss Blueprint panel, hosted by IAm Mentality, with a group of powerful young women in grades 9–12.

And one thing is clear… they’re paying attention.

We talked about:
✨ building confidence early
✨ entrepreneurship and ownership
✨ discipline over motivation
✨ and what it really takes to create your own path

This is why spaces like this matter.

Because when young women are exposed to what’s possible, they start thinking differently about who they can become.

Grateful to pour into them and be part of something intentional.
