Happy Monday, loves! In case you didn’t know… this year I’ve decided to host a free weekly Monday Morning Ritual.

Every Monday from 10–11am EST, we gather virtually for gentle movement, meditation, automatic writing, and clarifying our priorities for the week ahead.

At the end of today’s call, I pulled a collective affirmation card for us. It read:
“As radically as possible, as often as I can remember, with as much passion as I can muster, I commit to what I want.”

This sparked a conversation about how often we deny or suppress what we want. How we wait for permission. How we try to justify our desires — as if wanting something deeply isn’t reason enough.

But the truth is: We don’t need the outside world to approve of what we want. We just need to be courageous enough to claim it — and then take intentional, incremental steps toward it.

Happy New Year, loves! 🥳 I want to offer you some encouragement and a few important reminders today. Being a creative is courageous and vulnerable work.

It asks you to tend to your emotional wellbeing with so much care!!

And still — it makes sense if you’re not sure how to move forward, because of these common, sticky inner stories running the show:

Story #1: “I have to overcome all my fears before I can really go for it.”
 Loving reminder: Fear is a completely normal human emotion. Not a personal flaw. You don’t have to delete fear from your body to begin.

Instead, you get to support yourself gently. You get to walk with your fear. You get to tend to your heart while you take aligned, doable steps forward. This isn’t about pushing. It’s about partnering with yourself.

Story #2: “I have to make a giant leap… even if I’m not mentally, emotionally, or financially ready.”
