We are very sorry to say that we won’t be at our normal farmers markets this weekend, but here is some great news:

We loved being a part of the and Gal Pal Fitness this past week in Baltimore! We love this photo from that we feel just exudes simplicity. We hope that you find simplicity in your day whether it be through meditation, yoga practice, working out, calling a friend, etc. find some simplicity for yourself. This is why we keep our ingredients simple, so that if nothing else is simple today, then at least your Gundalow Shot is!
