Sometimes the body doesn’t need a full reset…
it just needs a moment of being heard.

Small, intentional movements—like gently looking side to side, soft touch, and a slow exhale—can signal safety to the nervous system without forcing anything.

No labels. No pressure. No performance.
Just a quiet return.

These subtle somatic practices help:
• release stored tension
• support emotional regulation
• bring awareness back into the body
• create a sense of internal safety

It doesn’t have to be big to be effective.
Sometimes the smallest shifts create the deepest change.

This is what happens when people answer the call.

Not just to learn…
but to hold space, to lead, and to support safe and thriving families in real time.

These are real voices from those who said yes.

They didn’t wait until they felt “ready.”
They stepped in—and grew into it.
Now they’re guiding.

Supporting.

Creating meaningful community impact where it matters most.

This is how healing moves—through people.

And now… there are only a few spots left.
If something in you has been pulling you toward this work—
this is your moment to respond, not overthink.

This isn’t just a certification.

It’s a shift in who you are and how you show up.

Spots are almost gone.
Secure yours now.

It was truly a pleasure sitting down with Anaiyah Morgan to discuss the impactful work she’s leading through the Healthy Heart Ambassador Program.

While the topic is an important and serious one, we appreciated the opportunity to keep the conversation light, engaging, and grounded in connection.

If you’re interested in joining us and having your voice featured on Get the PHCHA, we’d love to hear from you. Our March schedule is fully booked, but we look forward to connecting for future segments and highlighting the meaningful work happening throughout our community.

We are planning a make-up session for today's cancellation and look forward to seeing you on Thursday, December 4th. 💪🏿...
