Helia is an absolute gem. A day spa and wellness center in Roland Park, right near Eddy’s. It is superbly decorated, pristine, and lovely. I had a myofascial and buccal massage with Melanie that was absolutely fantastic and I had an arm, hand, scalp, shoulder, and jaw massage from Carrie, which was absolutely wonderful as well. I highly recommend coming to Helia to unwind and relax with skilled practitioners offering a wide variety of excellent modalities.
