We know these statistics, we didn’t need research to tell us that pelvic floor therapy while pregnant, not just after delivery, has meaningful impact. We see it everyday!

And sometimes, even with all the proactive care, delivery doesn’t look like what you thought. We want to acknowledge and honor that fact for all our pregnant folx who didn’t have their “dream” birth.

But we know they were better educated, better empowered, and better equipped to handle whatever came their way.

So what could it hurt to try??

Don’t wait until after delivery, get pelvic therapy first!

We truly cannot wait to welcome Kristie into Pelvic Pride for these classes.

Before becoming a birth worker, Kristie was a teacher (and still is - teaching is in everything we do!) so you know this class is going to be supportive, dynamic, educational, and actionable. You will leave breathing a sigh of relief and with a newfound strength that you can 👏 do 👏 hard 👏 things!

Just being in Kristie’s space I feel safe and grounded and just soak up her positive energy. I can’t wait for you to feel the same way.

In late March, the Pelvic Pride team did a mini-retreat. We discussed various things including what we feel we do well, where our stumbling blocks are, and things that slow down our day to day. (When we know better, we do better.) We defined what sets us apart, what we want Pelvic Pride to feel like, and how we define our clinic culture. Here were the results!

After that we did a photoshoot with to grab some shots of our new Roland Park clinic. The last time we did a photoshoot the Pelvic Pride team was just me, Marlena, and Sam. It was time!

And the photos turned out ✨magical✨ Many are already on our website. We even snuck in a JC Penny-style shoot at the end. Swipe for a sneak peak at the shots. The best will be saved for our end of year holiday card 🖤

I truly don’t know if dream team even fully captures how lucky I feel about these incredible women! They put up with my ADHD brain, my grief brain, and my juggling of all the hats (& even helping me find the few I lose along the way). I hope the Baltimore community feels as lucky as I do to have them be part of Team Pelvic Pride ❤️

And to have so many smiles and laughs captured by the amazing is the icing on the cake!
