From my love of food I began a career in the food industry and became a Chef. Over the years I learned to make healthier meals using alternatives instead of Fats and Salt along with other unhealthy ingredients. Through better nutrition I was making good food with great taste to fight the battle of obesity. Unfortunately that was not enough for me. I wanted to have a healthier body as well, so I could be around for my son Odin and one day his children. Nutrition is the key to health with it the body will begin to heal itself as it becomes stronger, faster and can accomplish amazing feats. Optimal nutrition is an essential part of every training program, from slimming down just a few pounds to loosing a hundred or more. Building muscle just to play with the kids to running a marathon or even a body competition.
