Our Story

Active Day of Baltimore is conveniently located off of I-95, just south of Baltimore in Halethorpe, Maryland. Our open-center concept allows us to boast multiple activity areas throughout. Our professional staff provides a structured setting that engages all members in a fun, interactive, and stimulating environment.

We are open 7 days a week, providing transportation to and from the home, as well as to medical appointments, social services and community outings. We have 2 Full-time RN’s that provide high quality, skilled nursing care to a population of adults with varying diagnosis and needs. Our Nurses are able to assist in medication management and administration, coordinate medical appointments, make referrals to our in-house PT/OT/Speech Therapists, Nutritionist, and Podiatrist. Breakfast, Lunch and a Snack are served daily through the Child and Adult Food Program allowing for well-rounded, nutritious, portion-controlled meals. Our doors are open daily, please stop by for a tour! We would love to see you!
