Your Labor Day weekend was hopefully fun and refreshing. I happened to have great clients, met some friends, walked my dog 'Frizzi' and friends learned that they are becoming Opa and Oma. My husband conquered the Alps by bicycle and got home in one piece. So much joy and love we have in our life's. So let's spread even more. Founded in Germany 1999 with its sister business, International Spa & Business School, we packed Spa Adagio up and moved her to Baltimore. If you are looking for a no hassle place to unwind, looking for couples massage classes, couples facial classes, therapeutic bodywork and memberships give us a call. We are here for YOU! Lectures on Friday evenings, Yoga stretches in the morning, Music in the afternoon (times are posted on our website) give this place a feeling of community and belonging. check always in for last minute deals, Adagio weeks and more.
