Waking up to blurry vision can seem like something temporary. It usually is. However, there are cases in which it is a symptom that your eye health needs attention.

Spending too much time in front of screens can lead to temporary vision discomfort that affects our well-being.

👁️ Prevent ocular dryness: using artificial tears and ventilating rooms can keep our eyes hydrated.
