Meet Teaira, our March Staff Spotlight! 🌟
Teaira is an RN with 20 years in healthcare, beginning her journey at 16 and growing through roles as a CNA, LPN, and now RN. After gaining experience in long-term care and hospital settings, she took time away to raise her two youngest boys before returning to the field last year, and she’s now been with Accura for one year. 🩺
She finds the most fulfillment in providing compassionate care so those she serves feel valued and supported, and she appreciates the humor and candid moments that bring smiles to each day. Teaira shares that she’s grateful for every opportunity to make a difference, believing that helping even one person feel cared for makes it all worthwhile. 🥰
