🎉Activity Professionals Week 🎉

This week, we are proud to celebrate Activity Professionals Week, and we want to give a huge shout-out to our very own Activities Director, Debra Brown.

Debbie has been an employee of Creative Solutions for 10 years and has worked in several departments. Debbie stepped into our Activity Director position this week. We are so excited to have her! She leads with compassion, enthusiasm and purpose.

Miss Cora Brown-Green was admitted to our facility in November of 2025. Prior to her admission, Mrs. Brown experienced a period of drastic change and was in need of extensive rehabilitation. She faced
challenges with her balance as well as her overall general strength which affected her activities of daily living. Since then, Mrs. Brown has seen restoration. Thanks to her drive, motivation, and the whole team, she is walking further distances and is experiencing improvement in her overall functional mobility and balance. We are so proud of you Mrs. Brown ♥️ The Cedar Creek Team! 🎉
