Please call the Clinic to make an appointment at (830) 796-3448. We are open Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays from 8am to 5pm. ANCC was set up by Bandera County Helping Hand in conjunction with Mr. Arthur Nagel of Kerrville and the Bandera community to provide free healthcare to Bandera County residents who had no medical insurance and whose income did not exceed the 200% Federal Poverty Guideline. To date 7,000 people in Bandera County qualify for our services out of a population of 20,960.

🌞Bandera County experiences around 230 to 250 sunny or partly sunny days per year. Almost 70% of the year we need help with dangerous UV rays. July is UV Health Month! The Nagel Clinic recommends taking care of your skin by using sunscreen every day. This is the first step in preventing long-term skin damage as well as skin cancer.
PTSD is not just a disorder that is diagnosed to those who return from war or those who work in first responder/high-stress positions. Anyone who has gone through something traumatic can suffer from PTSD and it looks different for each person. The more we learn about this disorder, the more we can help our loved ones and ourselves.
