Who am I & why does this testimony letter matter?

In my work as a clinical social worker, I spent 10+ years working predominantly with Sexual Trauma survivors & Combat Veterans. My focus in my work was largely focused on helping people address trauma, grief, & grieving. I have been trained in multiple evidence-based-therapies, the two I most frequently utilized were my Level 1 Internal Family Systems (IFS) and Cognitaive Processing Therapy Veteran/Military Version (2010).

Craniosacral therapy is not spiritual bipassing, it’s not toxic positivity and it is not pretending that everythingis ok. It is about letting your bod feel deeply into whatever is already existing within you and listening to the wisdom of your body. It’s listening deeply to find YOUR POWER so that you can be who you were born to be and maybe feel less constrained, less tied to narratives that were forced upon you and standards of fear or false beliefs. You do the work and I’m just there as a gentle guide and to hold safe space.
