On the Go classes are 30-minute movement practices designed to fit into real lives and busy days. These classes give you a focused, efficient experience — enough to reset your body, shift your energy, and support your wellbeing without requiring a full hour.
Whether offered at lunch or at the end of the day, On the Go classes are accessible, intentional, and welcoming to all levels. Expect clear guidance, thoughtful pacing, and practices that meet you where you are.
Perfect for squeezing in movement between meetings, before pickup, or when you want to move your body without overthinking it.
Yoga on the Go
Designed for busy days and full lives. This class focuses on gentle movement, breath awareness, and mindful posture to help release stiffness, ease mental fatigue, and restore a sense of balance. You’ll leave feeling more at ease in your body, calmer in your mind, and better prepared for whatever comes next.
Cardio on the Go
A high-energy, time-efficient, low-impact cardio class designed to get your heart rate up and your blood moving in just 30 minutes. Expect fun, straightforward movement that builds stamina, boosts mood, and leaves you feeling energized — not depleted.
Sonic Yoga Nidra on the Go
A guided rest practice using Yoga Nidra, breath work, solfeggio frequencies, and crystal singing bowls to support deep reset, mental clarity, and nervous system regulation. Expect to leave feeling deeply rested, mentally clearer, and more focused—ready to return to your day with greater ease and productivity.
Core & Flow on the Go
A dynamic class blending yoga flow with Pilates-inspired core work. Expect breath-led movement, functional strength, and smart sequencing that builds stability, flexibility, and balance—leaving you feeling strong, centered, and energized without burnout.
