It’s National Relaxation Day and I feel like we should actually make the most of it. The real kind of relaxing where your shoulders drop and your brain finally stops running through the to do list.
For me, it’s a quiet cup of coffee or sneaking in an afternoon where I can just breathe. For you, maybe it’s a massage, a slow walk or curling up with a good book.
