Feeling tight across your chest or shoulders? That might be from hunching forward at your desk, in the car or while scrolling your phone.
Try this: stand in a doorway, place your forearms on the frame and gently lean forward until you feel a stretch across your chest. Hold for 20 to 30 seconds and breathe.
It helps open your posture and signals to your body that it's okay to relax.
