Holly’s Implements New Safety Step for First Time Visits

At Holly’s Professional Cleaning, the safety of our crew and the peace of mind of our customers are always top priorities. Because of a recent tragic incident in Indiana where a cleaning crew accidentally went to the wrong home and one of them was fatally shot and killed by the homeowner, we are adding a simple but important new step to our onboarding process.

Beginning immediately, all new customers and any new service locations will be asked to provide a photo of the front of the home or how the house looks from the road or driveway. This helps our team confirm they are at the correct address before they exit their vehicle on a first time visit.

This small step ensures accuracy, prevents confusion, and keeps everyone safe.

When scheduling, new customers will be provided simple instructions on how to send the photo.

Big shoutout to two of our newest cleaning rockstars, Chloe D. and Hannah M.!

Successful applicants will have prior, proven commercial cleaning experience. Be reliable, at least 18 years of age with a valid driver license and of good moral character.

Meet Benjamin Goodman (Ben is fine), our new Business Development Manager—aka the commercial cleaning division’s master of handshakes, coffee-fueled networking, and spreadsheets that actually make sense.

After nearly a decade in banking (yes, a DECADE, most recently analyzing high-stakes commercial credit deals at Bangor Savings Bank), Ben decided it was time to switch gears.
