Sometimes the best way to shift your mindset… is to flip everything upside down.

Handstands are more than just strength and balance — they invite us to see the world differently. When you're upside down, your focus sharpens, your breath deepens, and suddenly, the chaos quiets.

In yoga (and in life), challenges are rarely about perfection. It’s about showing up, trying again, and being okay with the wobble. Perspective shifts happen when we get out of our comfort zone and into something new — even if it’s just a different view of the same room.

So whether you’re working on your first handstand or navigating a tough season, remember: you’ve got the strength to rise… even if it means starting upside down. 💪🧘‍♀️

🌱 Let’s talk about the Dirty Dozen and Clean Fifteen! 🌱

Heard these terms but not quite sure what they mean? They tell us a lot about our food, farming practices, and personal health! 🥕🍓

🧼 The Dirty Dozen = fruits + veggies with the highest pesticide residues. If you can, buy these organic!
🌟 The Clean Fifteen = produce with the lowest pesticide residues, safer to buy conventional.

These lists are updated each year by the Environmental Working Group (EWG) to help us make informed choices at the grocery store. 🛒

Remember: both organic and conventional produce can be part of a healthy diet — it’s all about making empowered choices! 💪

I believe knowledge is power — and when we know better, we do better. 🙌

Loved today’s Flex & Fuel so much, I totally forgot to snap a single pic! 🤷‍♀️ After being away from teaching group fitness for over a year, I was reminded how much I love helping others feel strong and understand the power of how we fuel our bodies. Huge shoutout to the amazing ladies who showed up and crushed it today—can’t wait to do it again! 💪✨
