Wings is excited to share a rare opportunity to join our fabulous clinical team as a Clinical Supervisor in our Bangor office, providing clinical supervision with a team approach for all of our offices using a variety of formats, in person and remote/hybrid. This is an office based position with some room from ‘work from home’ time eventually. For 30 years, Wings has specialized exclusively in case management—it’s what we do, and it’s the only service we’ve ever provided. This role is an integral part of our leadership team and works closely with management and senior leaders to provide group, individual, dyad, and triad clinical supervision and training! Clinical Supervisors oversee Behavioral Health Home teams, including care coordinators and family support partners, and collaborate with nurse care managers, psychiatric consultants, and medical consultants.
We welcome fully licensed or conditionally licensed LCPCs or LCSWs who value high-quality supervision, teamwork, and relationship-based care. Knowledge of trauma informed and responsive care and supervision a plus!

Christmas is on my mind! First I want to give a huge shout out and thank you to Penquis! They invite us to participate in their Christmas is for Kids program! They include so many of the children in their Christmas program. . However, this year we had so many families that could really use help, a few more than they could accommodate, so we decided to create a small giving tree for the extra kids we know about. The children/youth we serve have disabilities, developmental differences and/or behavioral health needs. Please check out the Christmas is for kids program first! Www.christmasisforkids.org

Hello! We haven't posted in awhile! Hi! We have a big event coming up on Tuesday...Best Places to Work in Maine gala. We are so excited and proud that we made the top 50 list of medium sized employers, Tuesday we find out what place we are! The theme is rock and roll and we are here for it! Hiring.. again! That is what's on our mind... we concentrated last spring summer and fall on hiring the best 18 case managers out there!! And we did it!! We are beginning a comprehensive outreach plan to parents and guardians about our service! This is all about sharing what case management is and WHY Wings! Calling on parents/guardians who we have the honor to serve....we are doing an outreach spot on TV and are looking for testimonials/statements from YOU..it would be a voice over, no names or picture, just your voice sharing what you want or think other parents need to know about the support Wings will give them!! Look what happened at Wings this week...the first present drop offs from Christmas is for kids...a lucky brother and sister just received two bikes and helmets from these two generous people!!!

Christmas time is here and Penquis is so gracious to lead our community in providing an opportunity for our community to help families who are struggling with financial challenges this year. By partnering with agencies and parents, they are helping to alleviate some of the stress for families around presents when parents are trying to meet basic needs. If you can, please think about it. Know you really are making a difference in buying doll or hot wheels or a stuffy. I have seen it first hand what this program means to kids and moms and dads who are trying. This link goes to Wings kiddos but there are many other wonderful agencies to choose from. It is easy! Go to the website, choose a child(ren) shop and drop off the presents at our agency(wings) if you wish or penquis! Our elves will do the rest! Thank you for considering helping a family.
