Today we celebrated our resident Billy Miller, not only is he the “mayor “ of Sylvia Ross he’s also been a huge part of the Bangor community for over 60 years. From his pharmacy Miller Drug to the Bangor Symphony where he was called the “Music Man”. He & his family also helped to start Camp Capella. We appreciate you Billy!
