Yesterday, I had the privilege of joining MVRA’s DayHab team for their annual Funtown trip—after 14 years here, it was my first time! It turned out to be one of the most incredible days of my life. From 7am until our (slightly late) return, the day was filled with laughter, friendship, and so many moments of absolute pure joy.

I watched barriers crumble, support flow effortlessly, and positivity spread like wildfire. The respect for one another was inspirational. The dedication of the staff and the way they lifted each other up was the backbone of the entire experience. I am so proud to stand beside this team and excited to continue learning, growing, and creating more unforgettable moments together. 💙

Hats off to this adventurous group- they’re amazing, every single one of them. Huge thank you to the staff and the group members for making this experience not only possible, but unforgettable in the best way! Here are just some of the fun pictures of our day.
