QIGONG CLASSES
From the moment we take our first breath upon entering this world, we are reliant on air, food, water, and physical movement for growth and in maintaining a healthy body/mind/spirit.
In our daily rush, rush lives, we don't always have time to slow down, stop, and listen to not only our natural surroundings but to ourselves as well. We learn to tune out and turn off the subtle messages our body gives us, as well as the energetic messages of the natural world and its interaction with us and we with it.
In QiGong practice, we learn to reconnect, to enliven, and to listen to these subtle messages to support the energetic connection and interplay/intraplay we have with Life and Living to support healthy well-being. Meditation, movement, awareness, and practice can all be integrated into daily living. Come to a Qigong Class to integrate this ancient discipline into your day.
Tuesdays: 11:30 - 1:00
Friday evenings: 5:15 - 6:30
Cost: $10/class
