Over the last couple of weeks, the Garden Club has been monitoring the development of their Butterfly Garden, from caterpillars to beautiful butterflies. They found the process fascinating and educational, expanding their understanding of butterflies.

Our residents and staff would like to thank the Bangor Historical Society for their excellent presentation on Bangor's history. The images and information presented were enjoyed by all and brought back many memories.

Happy Cinco de Mayo! We celebrated with a day packed with fun, food, and a piñata that put our smashing skills to the test.

The book club met yesterday for a special luncheon, which included a menu of lobster rolls and hot dogs. The conversation turned to the nostalgic feelings evoked by reading Maine, A Love Story by Blue Butterfield. We are grateful to Blue for donating signed books and to Governor's Restaurant for the donation of the tasty lobster rolls.
