We have been doing a monthly Iced Coffee Bar for staff because it always brings a smile to their faces and I know they enjoy it. I do try to make them as happy as I can.

I strategically put the Iced Coffee Bar right outside my office so I have the chance to thank and appreciate each & every staff member for working their bums off in this heat.

Thank you all for working hard and taking the best care of our residents! We have the BEST team!
