As Covid becomes more prevalent in children, I am asking all parents to please symptom check their child before bringing them to the office. If your child has a cough, temperature above 100.4, a headache, shortness of breath, extreme fatigue, loss of taste or smell, or sore throat please either cancel their appointment or make arrangements for a remote appointment session. An appointment can be remote with as little 15 minutes notice. Thank you for your cooperation with this. It is important that we all work together to protect the more vulnerable people in our community.

Due to the recent increase in the number of Covid cases in Penobscot county I will be reinstating the mask requirement to everyone over the age of 5, regardless of vaccine status, who enters the office. I have several extremely vulnerable clients and it is important that we all work together to keep everyone safe. I thank everyone in advance for their cooperation. Stay safe everyone ❤️

In light of the increasing numbers of Covid cases and the impact at some of the local schools, I am requesting that all children that I treat over the age of 5 to PLEASE WEAR A MASK during our therapy sessions. I know that some children have difficulty tolerating masks but our sessions are only 45 minutes and it is very important for everyone’s health that this precaution is adhered to. Thank you In advance for your cooperation with this request 😊

To all my parents..... if your child needs a mask for school, I will make it for you❤️ Have your child pick out a fabric that they LOVE and purchase 1/3 of a yard. Bring the fabric to me and I will make the mask❤️ I hope that all of my children who want to, can return to a school safely this fall❤️❤️

Woodbrey Hand & Pediatric Therapy is opening tomorrow morning at 8am with clients in the office for the first time since March 23rd! Many will still continue with remote therapy but for those coming back to the office, I am excited to see everyone and hope that you all like the improvements I have made to office over the past 2 1/2 months❤️

So at this point in the Covid 19 pandemic I have decided to wait until June 1st to reopen the office. I will continue to provide services via Zoom. I would truly love to reopen the office and see all of my wonderful children face to face but I have decided that it is just not worth the risk to some of my more medically fragile clients. Continue to stay safe and take care of each other. I miss all of you and you are all doing a great job on Zoom. ❤️❤️❤️❤️

The first week of teletherapy went well😁 Parents look for more Therapy material arriving in the mail by Monday or Tuesday. I will be delivering some of the material myself tomorrow so look for it on your front door. (Local Bangor families)

UCP staff....thanks so much for your help during sessions at Bridges... you are all amazing❤️I will be dropping off more material to both Bangor and Brewer sites on Monday.
