CHCS is both a Medicare/MaineCare certified home health agency and a comprehensive community based behavioral and mental health provider. CHCS provides 24-hour crisis services for adults, youth, and families across Penobscot and Piscataquis counties. Our mobile crisis team can meet you where you are — by tele health or in person — no insurance required. Crisis care is available regardless of your ability to pay, and you will always be treated with dignity and respect.
