Timothy Schafer, DDS has joined our dental team in Holland and is accepting new patients. He comes to us from Indianapolis, Indiana, where he has had a successful solo practice for decades. He also treated patients at the Jane Pauley Community Health Center in Indianapolis. Dr. Schafer received a Doctorate in Dental Surgery degree from Indiana School of Dentistry. Originally from west Michigan, Dr. Schafer graduated from high school in Holland and earned his bachelor’s degree from Western Michigan University.

We’re honored to share that the American Heart Association (AHA) and the American Medical Association (AMA) has awarded InterCare with the Target BP Silver Plus Award for 2025! The award is part of the Target BP initiative, which emphasizes the importance of controlling blood pressure and recognizes health care organizations that are committed to improving blood pressure control in their patients and to using evidence-based practices to do it. AHA community impact director Sarah Poole presented a plaque to InterCare staff earlier today. Family nurse practitioner Cynthia Dah has joined our medical team in Eau Claire and is accepting new patients. She comes to us from Arizona, where she practiced at the Inscription House Health Center in the Navajo Nation. Cynthia earned her Doctorate of Nursing Practice – FNP-C from New Mexico State University. Earlier in her career she also worked for Corewell Health in St Joseph.
