You have not heard of it? OMG you will lose 3 lbs a day if you suck on a jalapeño for 1 hour a day!😂
Everyone wants to come up with the latest wrap, diet, tea, you name it.
The truth is, the only way to lose weight and keep it off is being in a calorie deficit if your trying to lose, or eating within your maintenance calorie range to maintain.
Now there are definitely some medications that can help, and of course surgery will help.
However, even with surgery and meds if you do not change your lifestyle that weight will come back!
