🚪 this is just a creative way to stretch the piriformis in the standing position leaning against a wall. A door frame makes this happen. I am standing behind the door frame slightly into it. This isn't comprehensive treatment. This is just an idea for a mobility using the assistance of a towel. See your doctor for your specific condition.

This is an example of hip mobility and into internal rotation using a pole. You can use a hockey stick a broom handle, etc. This isn’t for everyone and anybody wondering with post surgical states, see your doctor for specific recommendations. This is a movement that I like how it feels to help promote hip range of motion, as well as a feel good stretch. It isn’t for everyone just like any movement.

✅ it’s just a fun way to stretch the inner shoulder blade. It feels good for me that doesn’t mean it might feel good for you, but there are many different options and ways to stretch this.

It’s OK to stretch the shoulder blade area, the rhomboids, stretched to feel good! Finally see your doctor for your specific case or condition. I don’t care if it is a muscle strain or connective tissue issues, get permission from your doctor first if you have a condition! This is merely a demonstration and that treatment for anything like I say stretch to feel good and keep your body moving. Sometimes that’s reason enough to stretch and mobilize.

✅Though one may feel tightness throughout the IT band, the issue is located right around the hip to the muscles that control the IT band, including the TFL and gluteus medius muscles.

So working at these muscles, whether it is resistance or stretching through mobility may have some benefits in some cases. See your doctor for your specific hip pain. This is just the demonstration of various exercises and ideas that I like.
