The mission and vision is to provide compassion and enthusiasm for healthy, mindful living for all ages in the services provided. Wellness opportunities are shared through both the Creative and Healing Arts. Specializing in children and family wellness, classes are held in peaceful and creative environments to promote calm and relaxation. Integrative Healing Arts is currently offering Reiki Energy Healing Sessions and Certification Classes, Pottery Classes, Nutrition and Wellness Consultations, Dance/Creative Movement, Expressive Art Classes and Lessons, as well as classes and workshops held in local art studios and wellness centers throughout the Litchfield County and Fairfield County area. Education and Certifications:

About:
As an Art Teacher for almost 20 years I have joyfully worked with all ages from Pre-K through adults including an extensive background with special needs. Upon receiving a masters degree in Integrative Health and Healing in 2010, I became inspired to follow my passion for mindful living and infusing wellness in all of my classes. Arts:
~Pottery and mixed media classes are currently being held at the 550 Gallery and Studio for ages 5 and up! Family Pottery classes are also available.

~Reservations for weekly, monthly or drop-in Expressive/Healing Arts Lessons and Workshops are also available for one-on-one and small groups both in person and online.

Building Pinhole Camera’s. Back to my roots.
New series where I make camera’s out of the garbage I find in the forest. Finally found garbage this weekend. Portraits of trees and friends will be the subject matter. 🫶🌲🪾👯

Conversation between my daughter and I:

Me: “Hey! Leave this can in the sink. I have to wash it. I did not drink a vodka lemonade on my run this morning. Obviously. I’m making it into a camera to take portraits of the trees and my friends.”

Daughter: “Ok, Mum.” ❤️

Wow. Highly recommend this gem of a place!

This beautifully designed vintage shop in downtown New Milford is amazing and very reasonably priced. Aesthetically, you can see and feel all the good energy in this space, as each object is intentionally placed. Back in the day it’s where Heart’s used to be located on Bank Street. My friends and I would go there in middle school and buy penny candy. The counter where you pay for your purchases now, was covered in pennies. 🫶 It’s a vintage lover’s dream. Nostalgia to the max.

For my local friends ~ it has some of the warm and cozy qualities of CT Memories. Gifts and treasures for everyone. And Gina, the owner is a light! ✨

Reiki Energy Healing Level II

Deepening your practice, Reiki Level II will include Reiki Symbols and their uses, Distance Healing, Mental and Emotional Healing and Clearing as well as Practices for sending Reiki to Past, Present and Future and how it applies to both past lives, setting personal goals and future events. Multi-Sensory techniques including sound vibration, essential oils, essences and crystals will also be covered. Time will also be given for hands-on practice to incorporate the new techniques shared. This class also includes a Reiki II Manual, Attunement and Certificate. Working with clients and building a practice will be covered. Once an individual is trained in Reiki Level II they may begin their own practice, once they feel ready to do so.

I am so excited to be a part of this amazing community, right here in Litchfield, CT. This month I will be continuing to offer both Reiki I and II class trainings as well as arts workshops. 🙏🏼💫

This class is open for all to attend. You do not need to have any experience, only an open mind.

Reiki I is an introductory level class with a focus on self-healing. Usui Reiki I allows students to learn to tap into the power of healing energy that resides within each of us. This class includes the Reiki principles, Gassho Meditation, Chakras and how they affect our wellbeing on a daily basis, Nutrition and the Energy Body, Intuition, Animal Spirit Guides, Self Healing Positions, as well as positions for healing others.

Practice time will be given to allow for hands-on healing techniques, to share what is felt and to answer any questions. Each person will receive an attunement, which opens the students energy channels to receive the flow of Reiki Energy. All participants will also receive a manual in a binder for taking notes. Upon completion of the class, each student will also receive a Reiki I Certificate.

Reiki Level II will be offered 21 days later, on Sunday, May 18th. Once you have completed both trainings you will be certified to see clients and practice on others, when you feel ready to do so.

If you are looking for a life changing experience, Reiki welcomes you. I personally went through a major life transition nearly over 15 years ago and this beautiful loving practice of energy work changed my life. It became my mission to share this divine gift with others throughout this lifetime. 💕

Beautiful evening with great company. 🫶

Tonight we gathered together to create vision boards, inviting the ideas, goals and possibilities that we hope to manifest into our lives.

🌝This full Pink moon in Libra, bringing balance as Venus in retrograde ends, made the divine timing for setting intentions while releasing what no longer serves us, especially regarding relationships. Not only with others, but also within ourselves.

May this full moon bring you peace, clarity and wisdom to move forward in all that you desire, with the intention that it is always the best for all concerned. 💫♥️🌌

Join us on the full moon as we dream big and create to manifest our visions! Together we will each create a vision board in a collaborative setting with inspiring materials and music. Feel free to bring your ideas, passions and any visual references you may have to add to your vision board collage (photographs, magazine cut-outs, etc.) All Collage materials, art supplies, light organic snack and tea will also be provided. No art experience necessary!

Investment: $30 per person
