Summer 2025 is looking a whole lot better with DH classes being offered at the . We will start with four awesome classes this summer and hope to build on it for next year. We will be teaching a morning mindful flow class with & . This class will be held on Tuesday and Friday mornings at 8:30 AM. This will be 60 minutes of a combination of bodyweight, exercise exercises, Pilates, yoga, and breath work. We will also have a traditional morning gentle flow called Yoga by the Sea, and will be led by . This class will be held on Thursday and Saturday mornings at 8:30 AM and will be a 60 minute class. We will provide all mats and if we are outside, we will also provide bath towels. You will need to sign up in advance. A single class pass is $20 and we are offering a 10 class pass for a local in summer residence for $165. The class pass does need to be used up during the 2025 season. Classes will run from May 27 through the end of September and we may extend if there is interest. Feel free to email with any questions or concerns or to book a private class or retreat. It’s a beautiful day for morning yoga on the lawn w/ . Class starts at 9am. Check in at the spa 15 minutes prior to the start of class to get your Matt and any props you may need. $20 drop in & class passes available. Parking is optional for you to either pull in and park in the paid lot or you can park on the street or any permitted lot. We hope to see you☀️

We are so very excited to share with you our next steps as many of you have called & sent messages wondering what our plans are. has partnered up with The Bar harbor Club Spa/ to offer weekly yoga classes, private Reformer Pilates & Personal Training. will be managing the beautiful spa serving hotel guests as well as the general public. When you book a Facial, Massage or Body Treatment, you will have access to all the amenities at the spa including dry saunas, steam room, the pool and hot tub. We will be adding a locals discount in the very near future, as well as class passes. We will share photos of the yoga/Pilates studio as we complete the set up. Tentatively, classes will be a morning flow offered at 9 AM on Tuesdays and Saturdays. Open to all levels. We will provide all mats and props and occasionally will be offering classes outside overlooking Frenchmen’s Bay. To inquire about private reformer Pilates, feel free to call us or send us a message and we will get back to you. You will see a few familiar faces from destination health, and we all look forward to seeing you very soon.
