When they are lightly pressed, the stuck energy is cleared allowing change to take place more easily. It’s a very relaxing process and allows moments of time where you’re not thinking at all. It’s quite peaceful when you’re in that state. Also beneficial to the healing process for people struggling with PTSD.

doTERRA AromaTouch Technique®: Using 8 essential oils along the spine/back and bottom of the feet, this technique offers deep relaxation, immune support, improves inflammatory processes and lymphatic movement. Technique takes 30 minutes and usually combined with an additional 30 minutes of Reiki but can be done on its own.

Emotional Freedom Technique: Are you ready to let go of what’s limiting you from feeling your best? EFT is one of the easiest ways to make big changes in your life. As a personal care tool, its effectiveness is unparalleled, and you can radically change your life for the better. The power is literally in your hands. The most beautiful thing about this incredible technique is how simple and quick it is. It doesn’t take much time to learn or use. With tapping, you can work on just about anything that’s holding you back. Works well with issues like stress, anxiety, addictions, past traumas, physical pain, grief and more.
