A personal experience with RAPID:
A few months back, my Buddy decided to chase a rabbit. Well, he caught it and decided to throw it around a bit before my husband and I saved it. Once the bunny was rescued, Buddy came back to the house where I pointed my finger and reprimanded him. Don't worry, he didn't feel bad AT ALL. As I was reprimanding him, little bigs started crawling out of his fur. FLEAS! EEK!
If you know Buddy, you know a bath was outta the question unless he is medicated. So I went to Walmart to get a leave on flea spray. BUT if you know Buddy, he is afraid of EVERYTHING. So as I held his collar and pressed the button on the spray, the little psssssss hissing noise caused him to bolt. And my thumb made a very loud snapping sound. I thought it was broken.
Weeks go by and my thumb was still hurting like crazy. It was hard to do regular massage and it was hard to practice RAPID. The thumb is a massage therapists best friend for specific work...and mine was injured. I couldn't put any pressure on it at all.
So I thought, the first thing I learned in RAPID is how to take care of my hands 🤦♀️ I should have thought of it sooner. So I went to work, working into the thumb and giving special attention to the joint capsule. It didn't feel awesome while it was happening. In fact, it was pretty uncomfortable. I would rate the intensity at a 7 or 8 out of 10 😬
The next day it felt mostly better. A few days later it was starting to be achy again so I went ahead and treated again. After the inflammation from treatment subsided, my thumb was 100%. The pain hasn't returned and I have full use of my thumb, and I'm ready to get everyone this same level of pain relief.
