Spring break for us is winding down and while I have a full week scheduled next week, I have quite a bit of availability from the 14th through the rest of April. Nixon wants you to know that he has made the difficult decision to close the studio today. It’s a day of eating, movies and snow blowing. Stay safe everyone!!!

The roads are not good, the weather is frightful and we have decided to hunker down and take the day off. I will be baking all day, the older kids are sleeping still, Nixon is watching movies and Doug is pacing wanting something to do. What’s everyone else doing during this storm?

I think Huck and Sawyer have the right idea!!

My sons are looking for some extra cash and willing to work hard for it. They have snowblowers and shovels. With the impending snow on the way, they are looking for sidewalks and driveways to clear this weekend. Please message me to get on the list they have currently. Space is limited so if you want to spend the snowstorm inside reading or binging Netflix, get in touch with me sooner than later.

Spring is around the corner and before you know it summer will be here. My schedule has been pretty light so far and I have day time appointments available. Late afternoons always fill fast as do my early mornings.

Please remember that I do not have evening or weekend hours but can help you find someone who offers them.

I also require 24 hours to cancel to avoid a late cancellation fee.

Happy Sunday everyone! It’s December newsletter time.

I hope everyone is finishing up their Christmas shopping but if not, I have Gift Certificates available and can always arrange a time for purchase.

I missed Black Friday and Small Business Saturday due to a nasty cold and bronchitis. I will run a retail special of 10% off ALL products in stock (with the exception of Crescendo coffee).

I also want to take a minute and remind everyone that I have a 24 hour cancellation policy. At this point, everyone has read it and signed, accepting that you will be charged if you cancel your appointment without 24 hours notice. Of course, there are exceptions so please do not come in if you are sick. If there is an emergency, we can work together and figure it out. We all are human and I am very compassionate and understanding but remember, this is how I make my living.

Let’s help this organization raise money for Christmas!!!!

It’s almost time for our Annual Lock-In! Every year we challenge our athletes to take on a CRAZY amount of running or biking to raise money for a great LOCAL cause — and this year we’re raising money for Baraboo Community Heroes!

We are asking for YOUR help — any and all donations are appreciated!

Checks can be made out to Pulse Fitness or cash donations can be made in the office.
