Happy Sunday everyone! It’s December newsletter time.

I hope everyone is finishing up their Christmas shopping but if not, I have Gift Certificates available and can always arrange a time for purchase.

I missed Black Friday and Small Business Saturday due to a nasty cold and bronchitis. I will run a retail special of 10% off ALL products in stock (with the exception of Crescendo coffee).

I also want to take a minute and remind everyone that I have a 24 hour cancellation policy. At this point, everyone has read it and signed, accepting that you will be charged if you cancel your appointment without 24 hours notice. Of course, there are exceptions so please do not come in if you are sick. If there is an emergency, we can work together and figure it out. We all are human and I am very compassionate and understanding but remember, this is how I make my living.

You can always schedule online or send me a message to get on the calendar. I will be adding a couple of new services on soon and can’t wait to see y’all in the next few weeks!

Let’s help this organization raise money for Christmas!!!!

It’s almost time for our Annual Lock-In! Every year we challenge our athletes to take on a CRAZY amount of running or biking to raise money for a great LOCAL cause — and this year we’re raising money for Baraboo Community Heroes!

We are asking for YOUR help — any and all donations are appreciated!

Checks can be made out to Pulse Fitness or cash donations can be made in the office.

Hey everyone it’s Newsletter Time!!

Wow what a summer and by the feel outside lately fall is right around the corner. I wanted to let you all know that I appreciate your trust in me as your massage therapist and esthetician. Some new things have been happening around the studio and I am excited to share all of the changes.

I have partnered with Crescendo Coffee out of Madison to offer select retail of a few of my favorite beans. I will also make, as David Grohl from the Foo Fighters says, “fresh pot[s]” every morning as my appreciation. Crescendo Coffee has some really fantastic beans and this is a quote directly from their website; “Roasting delicious coffees on an all-electric, emissions-free roaster since 2019.”

In addition to this new offering, I will also be slightly rearranging some of my hours. I will remain 7:00 am to 2:30 Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday. Friday I will be in the studio 8:00-3:30 and Monday I will be using for emergency clients, inhome appointments and my own personal appointments. If my schedule starts to get backed up I will open these days up again. As always text is best to schedule appointments or online booking is always available (I can leave that in the comments).

I have gotten a lot of questions lately about evenings and weekends. At this season in Doug and my lives and caring for our very busy family, I simply cannot accommodate those requests. I understand that most of you work too and want to see me and that is why I offer early morning appointments. I am also happy to refer to other therapists in the area that can accommodate those hours. They are who I go to and I have personally received their work.

I am working on a few new offerings and will share those soon. Think warm and toasty cocoon as we feel these crisp days biting our noses.

Again thank you for all of your continued support and remember, chin up, chest out. Seriously, stretch those pecs and stand tall. You deserve to walk with swagger and not ache. God bless and have an amazing week!
