I’m excited to invite you to a transformative six-week breathwork series starting Tuesday, June 2nd, at 6 p.m.
Each week, we’ll explore different breathwork techniques to raise your vibration, promote healing, and release stress, tension, and anxiety. Breathwork is an incredibly powerful tool—it calms the nervous system, improves focus, and helps you connect deeply with yourself.
If you’ve never done breathwork before, no previous experience is needed—just bring an extra blanket or pillow for extra comfort. Each session will end with a mini-meditation, as breathwork can guide you into a deep, relaxing state, perfectly transitioning you into meditation.
I’m Tatsiana O’Neill, a breathwork practitioner who has been teaching—from gentle relaxation to deep, transformative breathwork —for years in the area. You’ll be in good hands.
The full series is $90 for all six classes, or a single drop-in is $20. I can’t wait to breathe with you!
