Here are Some sneak peaks as we continue to Work to improve the location at 717 South Blvd for our tenants!
Progress since Nov 4th…
-Added seating and fireplace in entryway
-added outside decor
-Painted the front brick
-Replaced a broken toilet seat (been broke 1 1/2 years)
-cleaned utility closet and organized
-cleaned 3 of the 5 bathrooms
-Shampooed all carpeting
-cleaned up exterior grounds/leaves,garbage
-Some plumbing and electric tomorrow
Its what even just cleaning can do! Lol!
Watch for the Christmas decorations coming soon!
Winter will bring some interior painting as well!

Did some outside cleanup at the 717 Building. What beautiful weather! SO grateful! Cant wait to decorate both locations...

What an improvement on the exterior already! I dont think the weather this year will allow much more of the exterior painting, so I will finish it in the spring. Hoping for this to be a beautiful attribute to South Blvd! Watch for outside decor for the holidays like I always do, but now at BOTH locations! 😊
