Axess Family Services is opening a brand-new clinic in Ravenna, bringing together Children's Advantage and AxessPointe Community Health Centers services in one convenient location.

This clinic will provide medical, dental, and pharmacy care through AxessPointe, along with behavioral health services from Children’s Advantage—all under one roof.

Children’s Advantage has remained open during construction, and the new medical, dental, and pharmacy spaces are on track to open this spring.

AxessPointe offices will be closed until 10 AM today due to the weather. Tomorrow's pediatric day with the mobile unit at Children's Advantage has also been cancelled due to the extreme cold.

The Children's Advantage AxessPointe Community Health Center is set to open this spring in Ravenna!

Leading up to the opening of this new site, our mobile unit will be offering pediatric services like flu vaccinations, sick visits, and physicals at 771 N. Freedom St. in Ravenna on the following dates from 8AM - 12PM:
