📢 We’re thrilled to welcome Dalton Callebs to the Apex Physical Therapy team! Dalton, a proud Bell County native, brings a wealth of knowledge and local pride to our clinic. A 2017 Bell County High School grad with a background in basketball, football, and tennis, Dalton continued his education with a bachelor’s from Union College and earned his Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from South College in 2024.

Outside of work, Dalton enjoys basketball, working out, golf, and spending time with family and friends. He’s also passionate about cooking, gaming, and watching sports. We’re excited to have him on board and can’t wait for you to meet him!

Help us welcome our newest provider, Caleb Smith!

Caleb is a Bell County native, attended Bell County High school and participated in many extracurricular activities while there including his favorite sport, Baseball.

After high school, he attended the University of Kentucky followed by 5 years in an outpatient physical therapy clinic in Versailles.

Recently, Caleb has graduated from the PTA program in whitesburg where he served as his classes Vice President.

His interests and hobbies are golf, watching sports, reading, watching movies, visiting friends and family in Lexington, keeneland, and UK games.

“I’m very excited to begin my career as a therapist in Pineville, and I look forward to helping the people of the place I grew up and I call home!”
