Our office offers comprehensive dental treatment. We have multiple providers now doing exams, cleanings, fillings, root canals, crowns, bridges, partials and dentures. Having more providers allows us to offer more treatment options in office and less referrals for our patients. Many toothaches can be taken care of same day. Our texting system is interactive. That means, you can reach us by text and reply to the texts we send to you. You can text 1 (833) 884-4146 or 606-545-7715. Our automatic system sends out 4 reminders. If you can’t keep a scheduled appointment, we do need to know ahead of time. If you miss a scheduled appointment and do not let us know, there may be a fee applied or we may not be able to hold another time. We work hard to run on time and need you to do the same. If your schedule changes, just let us know. If we don’t hear from you to confirm, the appointment may be given to someone else.

Many of the Medicare Advantage plans have dental coverage. Most of the plans have had some significant changes. More procedures now require preauthorization and have copays. If you have an appointment scheduled and need to get your estimated copay amount, call 606-545-7715 or text 1-833-884-4146.

A work in progress! It’s coming together. Our kids have always been a big part of the office. Our son in law made the new sign and our sons both helped install it! We have had several calls asking if we accept Kentucky Medicaid. We have providers in our office who are in network with United Healthcare, Passport and Humana. After 8/31/26, we will not be in network with WellCare so we are not currently scheduling any new patients with that plan. Aetna changed their billing company and we are not in network with that plan. We know it is difficult to find care in our area and we are trying to be available for as many people as possible. Unfortunately, some of the plans are more difficult to work with so we had to choose. We are currently scheduling new patients in April/May. We are growing & adding assistants. Experience preferred but not required. What is required: A good attitude and able to work as a team. A work ethic- this is not a “simple” job. Desire to learn and expand skill. Be willing to travel for continuing education and certifications necessary for the job. Currently, we work Monday- Thursday 8-5 but that is subject to change.
