Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organized and friendly Front Desk Receptionist to be the first point of contact for our clients and visitors. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a professional demeanor, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. This role requires proficiency in various office management tools and a strong commitment to providing exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities

Greet and assist clients and visitors in a warm and professional manner.
Perform data entry, filing, and clerical tasks to support office operations.
Maintain organized records and manage calendars for appointments and meetings.
Assist with customer support inquiries, ensuring all client needs are met promptly.
Demonstrate strong organizational skills to manage office supplies and equipment effectively.
Support the team with any additional duties as required.
Experience

Previous experience in a front desk or receptionist role is preferred.
Familiarity with office management practices and procedures is essential.
Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
