Barbourville Health and Rehabilitation Center is a 50,000-square-foot, 135-bed facility located in Barbourville, Kentucky. We have served our community for many decades and provide short-term and outpatient rehabilitation, skilled care, long-term care, and palliative care services. Our state-of-the-art facility features a library, ice cream parlor, secure courtyard, spa area, salon and barber, and several private rooms which are subject to availability. The secure courtyard is accessible from our common areas and our spas include large whirlpool tubs, each with their own flat screen television mounted at perfect viewing level. Our facility also features beautiful and comfortable areas perfect for visiting and includes our lobby, a spacious front porch with ceiling fans for southern comfort, quaint dayrooms and a large park area where we host cookouts during summer months.
