Did you know that one of America’s founding fathers was once a pharmacist? As a young man, Benjamin Franklin worked as an apprentice at a local mercantile store and dispensed medicines and herbs. 🌱 Later in life, helped to establish the first hospital pharmacy in 1751 in Philadelphia. So next time you reach for a Benjamin, remember that this founding father had a whole lot longer of a resume than you might have thought!

September is Healthy Aging Month, but aging women are often overlooked, especially around perimenopause. 🌿 Perimenopause is the transitional phase leading up to menopause marked by hormonal fluctuations.
